Katie is an experienced HR director having worked in professional services and partnerships throughout her career.
She joined the Firm as HR director from Deloitte where she was head of HR for the UK tax practice. Prior to this Katie worked in HR at Andersen and Norton Rose.
Katie is responsible for the Firm’s HR strategy and works closely with the management committee, partners and directors to design and implement HR solutions and strategies to help meet business objectives.
Katie and her team seek to support everyone in the Firm through effective HR support, a focus on wellbeing, development, attracting and retaining the best talent.
