In the Financial Times, Partner and Head of Family & Divorce, Emily Brand comments on the announcement earlier this year that the Law Commission will be reviewing the way in which a couple’s finances are dealt with upon divorce, which is expected to take a hard look at the favourable treatment given to the spouse of the main breadwinner.
