We are seeing increasing interest from clients on listing commercial property assets on the IPSX which is the first exchange designed solely for real estate securities.

The platform connects commercial real estate owners with institutional investors. Different from other listed investment trusts or property companies, it is aimed at REITS comprising single assets or multiple assets sharing the same strategy.

It not only provides liquidity but also allows diversification by the owners of the asset.

The first five listings are due to complete this year with many more expected down the track.
